It is Carol's goal to continue the tradition established by Gene Ellis of providing high-quality, reasonably-priced equipment to the barrel racers. Carol features everything a barrel racer might need including saddles, bits, protective leg gear, headstalls, breast collars, pads and blankets, grooming supplies and supplements, trailer accessories, and miscellaneous equipment. GENE AND CAROL ELLIS established the LAZY HEART E in 1984. With Gene’s experience in the retail industry and Carol’s experience in horse training, they have over 70 years of combined knowledge to offer the public at their facility. If you have training questions or equipment needs, Carol can provide the best service possible.
To facilitate the training and clinics there is an outdoor arena, an indoor arena and a round pen. All have excellent footing, combining a mixture of sand and clay.
